Natural Allergy Relief For Atlanta, Ga and the USA.

Do you ever feel like this? It is mid-April, and my sinuses are not happy. I have a never-ending release of histamines that are winning over my immune system. I need natural allergy relief and fast to function, enjoy life, and not feel this sick.

We have to deal with Georgia’s “green” pollen as soon as the weather warms up. Some people never seem to suffer from seasonal allergies in Atlanta, Ga, and seem just fine. But many Georgians end up on allergy relief medications and suffer from the side effects until summertime comes. My youngest son has allergies and does take an over-the-counter antihistamine if things get rough. But daily, he only uses natural allergy relief products that work very well.

The first year I moved to Atlanta, Georgia, I felt fine during allergy season, but I did think this “green” stuff that seemed to fall from the sky was very odd. The allergic reactions and vital need for immediate allergy relief hit me hard in the second year! I had a runny nose, watery eyes, a foggy head, and sneezing fits. What was happening? These symptoms did not occur in the North East.

From what I have learned, most people that move to Georgia are looking for natural allergy relief after their first year here. Thank goodness there are a few excellent herbal remedies and even home remedies to help. My absolute favorite natural allergy relief is an antioxidant called, Quercetin.

Quercetin is a flavonoid antioxidant found in plant foods, including leafy greens, tomatoes, berries, and broccoli. Quercetin is also a natural anti-inflammatory nutrient and a natural antihistamine. There is plenty of evidence that Quercetin may slow up the release of histamines. I use Quercetin during hay fever time, nasal congestion, allergies, and even seasonal changes.

Quercetin plus Bromelain is an even more potent combination of natural allergy relief. Bromelain, a mixture of enzymes found naturally in pineapples, seems to increase the intestine’s absorption of Quercetin.

Another thing that helped me reduce my allergy symptoms to the green stuff was finding out about my food intolerances.

Yes! Eating foods that I was reacting to worsened my environmental allergy symptoms. I ran IGG, and IgE food allergy testing on myself, changed my diet, and found that I did not need allergy relief medication as much, and if I missed Quercetin for a few days, it did not matter.

Nutritionally Yours is here to help you find natural allergy relief during the season when the green falls from the sky. The green powder (pollen) does not have to get  the better of you and your immune system!
