Why is Weight Loss So Hard for Me?
Weight loss seems to be an overwhelming issue for the majority of adults. Many of us try but, to our dismay, end up losing only our patience! That is not the case with our holistic clinic. If you ask yourself, “Why is weight loss so hard” I can help! Mastering Metabolism is something I enjoy! Of course, I had to master my own to teach my clients how to do the same. My weight was always 110 pounds until I started to have children. Then my weight started to creep up slowly and surely. Hitting menopause got me to ask why is weight loss so hard? And of course, I had to find the answers, and I did! Phew!
It is understanding the underlying causes or reasons why weight loss is hard is how to get the weight off and feel and look beautiful. The key is to understand your Metabolism, unlock any metabolic blocks and enjoy the weight loss success. Of course, each client I work with can have a different metabolic issue. What works for one person may not work for another.
Reasons why weight loss is so hard for people:
- the thyroid has slowed down
- blood sugar and insulin are too high
- too little protein in the diet
- too many carbohydrates in the diet
- too much fat in the diet
- food intolerances
- hormone imbalance
- toxicity in the fat cells
- stress and high cortisol
- inflammation
The labs I run are very comprehensive, so I can get to the root cause of why weight loss is hard for you. Some can go through insurance, and others are self-pay.
