Weight loss seems to be an overwhelming issue for the majority of adults. Many of us try but, to our dismay, end up losing only our patience! That is not the case with our holistic clinic. My weight was always 110 pounds until I started to have children. Then my weight started to creep up slowly and surely. Hitting menopause got me to ask why is weight loss so hard?
