What are the Symptoms of a Vitamin Deficiency? It seems the list of symptoms includes pretty much anything going on with your skin, your hair, nails, joint pain…any and all of these are possible Symptoms of a Vitamin Deficiency. The best of diets can still skip over an essential vitamin and after a while becomes an issue that needs to be addressed!

As we age our bodies begin to have different needs as far as vitamin levels. More of some, maybe less with others. Why not bypass all the guesswork and waiting for new symptoms to arrive? Comprehensive blood work will cover all your vitamins, minerals plus important antioxidants, fatty acids, and even amino acids!

A good multivitamin may not do the trick either. We seem to always find serious deficiencies even though someone is taking a good multivitamin. And the results are always different for every person. One belief I have is definitely not taking additional vitamins without testing to make sure you are not overtaking a specific vitamin. Plus I only believe in taking the vitamins your body truly needs.

Symptoms of Vitamin Deficiency may possibly be solved by making changes to your diet or using a specific supplement plan.
