Strengthen my what? First things first, let’s define exactly what this “Microbiome” is!
A Microbiome is the community of microbes that resides in our gut. An enormous microbe community! The gut is our first line of defense for the immune system so it’s strength to protect you is incredibly important!
The role of the Microbiome is so central to the body’s operations that it essentially acts as an organ. It impacts aging, digestion, the immune system, our mood, and even our cognitive function.
