Goodness, no one wants to go through their day worrying about tummy troubles! I know I don’t.
There are, however so many people that contact us to explain their tummy trouble symptoms and ask how they can settle things down. Tummy troubles are one of our top areas, and I DO understand what you all go through as I grew up with IBS and suffered with it for much too long, unnecessarily!
Here are a few things you can do to settle tummy troubles that worked for me and many of our clients. First off, get a food intolerance test kit that contains IgG and IgE foods. That way you know for sure which foods you need to stay away from and which foods you can just reduce. The results come in +1 up to +3*** and the higher the number and starts, the higher the reaction to the food.
Another test you may consider in your quest to settle tummy troubles is our Comprehensive Stool Test + H pylori and C Diff Culture. You never really know what is hiding in your gut until you run a good, thorough stool test. We have had so many people go the traditional route and be told all if fine. When they run our stool test, our lab always seems to find the answer. How to settle tummy troubles can involve eliminating a harmful bacteria, parasite or even a worm, sorry but they do happen and to the nicest of people. Think about all the things you touch in a day, phones, keypads, elevator buttons, ATM buttons, handrails, etc., etc. , sometimes I just think “yuck,” and then we have an itch on our face, or we run our lips and uh oh.
So there are two ways we use when people contact us asking how they can settle tummy troubles. First, figure out what your diet should be and second get information on the actual health of your gut via a stool test.
No one wants to have tummy troubles! Life is short, live it healthy and safe.
