It may sound a little odd, but I love getting couples pregnant! It is one of the biggest joys in the clinic, when a woman calls or emails us to say, “It worked, I am going to have a baby!”. In my family, pregnancies happened quickly, so I personally have not had to deal with infertility, but many of you out there have. The causes of infertility can be different for every woman. It literally breaks and saddens my heart when a lady comes in and says that her doctor says there is zero hope of pregnancy and is there anything natural we can do. I cannot make any promises, but I have had the pleasure of seeing some babies that would not be here without natural or holistic intervention.
A lady came in with trouble getting pregnant, she was about 40 pounds overweight and exhausted. Honestly, all we did was get 20 pounds of weight off her, supported her body with liver detox with two products and in 2 months she was pregnant with a baby girl.
One of my first patients was a new wife wanting to be a mommy so bad. Nothing was working, and they were losing all hope. I met her uncle, and he told me about his niece and nephew and asked if I could help. I said, “I would try my best.” All we did was a hair tissue analysis to learn which nutrients were low on both of them. They followed my nutritional protocol, and in about 3 months she was pregnant with a little boy.
One more example had nothing to do with nutrition, but with stress! One wife came in telling me all about the many fertility treatments they had done. Again, nothing was working. We just talked, and I listened a lot. She had a very stressful job and was not happy with it. Labs showed all was fine so it was not a physical thing. I asked her if they were willing to take a chance and have her quit her job until she got pregnant. She did end up leaving her job, and during ovulation time they went away and came back pregnant. This was a very eye-opening situation that stress can play a part in fertility.
Another case was a T3 thyroid issue. Regular thyroid labs showed totally normal. TSH was fine, around a 2.0, Free T4 was good but Free and Total T3 was too low! The MD I worked with at the time agreed to treat her T3 hypothyroid with Armour thyroid, and again we had a healthy pregnancy and a happy, and healthy baby on the way.
So, if you have been told that a pregnancy cannot happen, please consider giving our clinic a try. We cannot make you a promise, other then we work our hardest to help get to the root cause of all health challenges, and if there is a will, there is usually a way………….for a baby.
