Life CoachHow often do you have five minutes, or even one minute, to sit down and just think? Between school/work, taking care of your family, maintaining friendships, and all other responsibilities finding that time can be quite difficult. It is easy to set into a day to day routine and not consider your own goals and inner desires. Everyone has desires and goals they wish to achieve in life, call it your personal bucket list. With life’s busyness it can be difficult to make yourself stop and consider just how you are “truly” doing in life and whether you are “truly” happy with your achievements and choices. This effect is also often amplified by surprises or eye openers in life such as family or friends passing away, moving, and illness. No matter what goals you may have, a life coach can be a great way to help you identify and reach those goals.

There are five categories of needs that people have; they are physiological (sustenance, homeostasis), safety (shelter, resources), love (family, friends, belonging), esteem (confidence, achievement, respect of others), and self-actualization (morality, acceptance of knowledge, problem solving). Generally you would need to achieve in the earlier areas before reaching the latter ones, an example would be that it could be difficult to do well working in a cubicle if all you can think about is how hungry you are. It would be even more difficult to contemplate morality or solve greater issues in this state.

At Nutritionally Yours we understand that day to day life can be stressful and even confusing or draining, and that is why we believe that a life coach can help you. This is why we have our in-house Life Coach, Dorothy Zander. Dorothy offers a “safe place” where you can discuss goals, needs, regrets and how to achieve all you want out of life. She has helped families, new mom’s, couples, and individuals for more than fifteen years in identifying and uprooting areas that hinder or block their desire to be healthier in all areas of life. This includes physical, emotional, and spiritual. Her goal is to guide you in succeeding in your areas of concern while helping you to embrace the opportunity of change that will place you on a path towards a happier, healthier, and more peaceful life.

Can a Life Coach Help YOU? Of course they can!

New marriages, second marriages, divorce, raising children, troubled teens, losing loved ones, dealing with parents, lack of job satisfaction, unfulfilled with life, boredom, financial difficulty, and lack of general motivation are just a few of the things Dorothy has successfully coached people in throughout her career.
