Bikini season is just around the corner. Now, not everyone is bikini ready, and not everyone wants to wear a bikini. For me at age 55, a 1 piece is what you will see me wearing on the beach. But, just like every other woman I know, we all want to look good while enjoying the water or resting or playing on the sand. If you are not “bikini ready” or “beach ready,” no worries, we have some helpful tools you can use.
Let’s talk about some fat burning foods that could steer you in the right direction.
Apples are filled with fiber and rich in pectin, a substance that stops cells from absorbing fat, this super-food is one of the easiest bikini body foods to fit into your day, just grab one and take it along.
Wild-caught salmon spurs the body’s production of leptin, which naturally suppresses the appetite so you’re less likely to overeat.
Sliced fresh avocados deliver hunger-busting fiber along with a serving of monounsaturated fatty acids which contribute to belly fat burn!
All berries are loaded with nutrition, but we especially like raspberries because of the ketones they offer.
Leafy greens fill you up with fiber without excess calories. Anything is wonderful wrapped in bib lettuce!
Eggs are amazing and often overlooked! High in protein and offer B12 which helps to break down fat. Keep a bowl of hard- boiled eggs in the fridge for a snack or add them to a salad.
And of course, there are fun and easy to use supplements to kick start your body to be “bikini ready.” My absolute favorite is the Pruvit brand ketones. They help curb sugar and food cravings, unlike any other supplement! I have personally lost 10 pounds just drinking 1x a day and have had many patients lose more than 10 pounds drinks 1 2x a day. They taste great and have many health benefits. For more information take a look at ny1001.pruvitnow.com.
