I always start with making sure the mindset is going to allow for weight gain to stop. If the mindset is negative, no training or amount of physical activity will help you reach your goals. Start writing “I am” statements on sticky notes and put them on your mirror. “I am going to lose weight.” ” I am going to stop feeling hungry all the time.” “I am going to avoid heart disease.”
Know Your Numbers: We will teach you a sure-fire way to know how much lean protein, carbohydrates, good fats, and fiber you need per day.
Next, we will check your metabolism via blood work and saliva hormone testing. We often find the metabolism on someone struggling to lose weight and desperately wants to find the best ways to lose weight and keep it off, have a slow thyroid. We usually find high insulin, high leptin, high hemoglobin A1C, low b12, low folate, and high hormones in the saliva. The key is to fix them and watch the weight come off.
Get into a fat-burning state and stay there. It is healthy to keep your body fat burning, and you can do that simply by knowing what to eat and what not to eat.
